We are an effective full-service security training and employment placement provider with our overall goal of getting our graduates well trained and placed in reputable jobs. Our goal is and has been to consistently enhance the professionalism and image of individuals by providing quality, training and instructional curriculums with emphasis on career development and employment assistance.
Since 1999, we have collaborated with Work Source partners to assist families to rise to self-sufficiency through training and employment. We have experienced a consistently high rate of success with the placement, retention and promotion of participants who successfully completed our workshop; 80% of graduates, who have followed the program steps, are employed within the first 2-3 interviews, and of that over 90% have obtained full time employment for over 1-2 years.
